This video is a patient teaching video so they can preform this procedure themselves.  One thing I noticed they didn’t do is to write a dressing change date on the Tegaderm (clear film dressing).  They state the dressing is ordered to be changed every seven days.  You need to label the date last changed (and a you should initial it) so the next nurse will know when it needs to be changed.
